He was extremely professional, accommodating and flexible. We managed to tow the car to a garage in Belgrade, and then he drove me straight to the airport, so I caught my plane on time! I have no words to describe how much they helped me in a stressful situation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Sve pohvale i najtoplija preporuka! Auto mi je stao na autoputu blizu Novog Sada u pola 5 ujutru, u trenutku kada sam putovao na aerodrom. Mislio sam da nema nikakve šanse da stignem na let. Međutim, ekipa je stigla za neverovatnih 15 minuta, uprkos tome što je rano jutro. Čovek je bio maksimalno profesionalan, predusretljiv i fleksibilan. Uspeli smo da stignemo da odšlepamo auto do servisa u Beogradu, a zatim me je odvezao direktno na aerodrom tako da sam stigao na avion na vreme! Nemam reči kojima bih opisao koliko su mi pomogli u stresnoj situaciji. Hvala od srca!

Cars, vans and trucks up to 10 tonnes, accident-damaged vehicles, motorbikes and quads, tractors and other farm machinery, construction machinery, caravans and boats. We also handle roadside assistance – fuel delivery, jump starts, tyre changes and small repairs on the spot – and if your car can't be driven, we can take you along with it.
How much does it cost to tow a car in Novi Sad?
Towing a car in Novi Sad costs 3,500 RSD (about €30) for up to 10 km, 4,700 RSD (about €40) for up to 15 km and 6,100 RSD (about €52) for up to 25 km. Longer trips out of town are charged at 140 RSD per kilometre. Between 22:00 and 06:00 there is a 20% night surcharge. Prices are in Serbian dinars (euro amounts are approximate), and you can pay in cash or by card on the spot.
Do you speak English?
Yes. You can call us and speak English – just tell us where you are and what happened to the car. If it's easier, you can also text us your location or message us on WhatsApp.
Do you charge more at night?
Yes. Between 22:00 and 06:00 the towing price goes up by 20%. We're available all night, so you never have to wait until morning.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Novi Sad, including Liman, Grbavica, Detelinara, Novo Naselje, Klisa, Petrovaradin and Sremska Kamenica, plus towns within 50 km such as Futog, Veternik, Rumenka, Kovilj, Sirig, Vrbas and Beška. If you're further away, call us and we'll arrange it.
How quickly can you get to me?
Within Novi Sad we're usually with you in around 15 minutes. The nearest truck sets off as soon as we've finished the call.
Do I pay anything if I cancel before you arrive?
No. If you cancel before our crew gets to you, there's no call-out charge.
Do you tow electric and hybrid cars?
Yes. Just tell us the make and model when you call, so we bring the right equipment.
Can I ride in the tow truck with you?
Yes, you can ride with us in the cab. If there are several of you or you have luggage, we can arrange extra transport.
Can you take my car to a garage of my choice?
Yes, we'll take it to whichever garage you choose. If you don't have one, we can take it to our partner garage, Autoklinika ZIP.
Can you tow my car to another country?
Yes. We tow across Serbia and abroad, and from abroad back into Serbia. For longer trips the price is agreed in advance – call us and tell us where the vehicle is and where it needs to go.
Within the city we're usually with you in around 15 minutes, and we cover everywhere up to 50 km from Novi Sad.
